Manufacturing:
We are dealing in all kinds of Automation and Power panel manufacturing. We bound to provide the best with least rate only reason is; We have in house fabrication facilities & panel wiring facilities with testing of the same manufactured panel on load or actual operation. We always follow certain norms and rules for undergoing production to ensure fine output materials. After completion of enclosure, assembly is done as per the drawing. When the panel is ready we always perform quality control procedure for each panel. We mainly perform Megger test, H V test on the panel along with functional test for specific requirement and requisites logics. Lastly, we dispatch the same products with necessary documentation and drawings.
Industrial Automation:
We have skilled and expertise team to fulfill any shorts of requirements from customer ends. Mainly we provides consultancy and engineering service for AC Drive, Servo Drive, PLC-HMI and SCSDA based system. We feel greater to share that we are serve as freelancer in our field because we can work with any makes of VFDs (AC Drive), we can set any makes of AC Servo Drive in any application, we can program any makes of PLC / HMI for particular application in any field like Textile, Pharma, Plastics & Papers, Refineries, Steel plant, Food & beverages, Machine tools etc.
Repairing:
We having in house center with fully equipped facilities for repairing of any makes of AC Drives, DC Drives, Soft starter and different Circuit breakers. Company has 65% ex-stock availability of spares in case of repairing of known brand. We having vast vendor network all across India and out of India also, which help us to cut the repairing time… Repairing center consists of accurate calibrated measuring meter and process instruments. We having well-furnished test bench, help us to determine operation of repaired items in different operating condition
Service Network:
Company has well settled enthusiastic service engineer’s people for erection, troubleshooting and repairing work. Our main motto to ensure nil repeat failure and get avail the perfect service to end user or OEM’s.
