We do repairing of all make brands on single window. We follow certain rules and commands for repairing procedure. We take repairing only after confirmation of the same. We do component level repairing; hence initially it cut down the total repairing cost. Like authorized service station we never interested to put burden on client by replacing whole card or items which are too much costly. We always try to do repairing in favor of end user. First we confirm exact repairing cost only after that we continue with repairing.
We cater repairing in following steps:
- 1. Assessment
- Assessment is the most needed portion of the repairing. We provide exact and perfect estimation of repairing for concern items. One’s cost has been defined it doesn’t contains any shorts of deviation in estimate after completion of job work.
- 2. Confirmation
- As on giving of estimated repairing cost we regularly in follow up for the confirmation of the same in written as work order or purchase order. Without confirmation we never start repairing, which cause conflicts after words. We aware clients with present situation and get confirmation for the same.
- 3. Repairing period
- On getting confirmation we take particular object in process of repairing by skilled technicians, having rich knowledge about the repairing. We bind to repair an object in pre-defined time duration as work order. We also serve urgent repairing to the clients as they need. While normally we complete our repairing within 4-5 days, depends on availability of spares.
- 4. Repairing quality
- We always replace real and original spares to ensure the best quality. We never compromised in repairing as it concern with human being. We never use duplicate or de rated material which down grade the efficiency of operation.
- 5. Testing on load
- We always perform testing of repaired items under certain situations. We have specially designed test bench for AC Drive testing on load. We having facilities of testing up to 1200HP. Each and every point tested during this process with load and no load conditions. We always keep record of testing like photos, videos etc. for client reference only.
- 6. Dispatch facilities
- We suggest client for different options for dispatch and its depends on them, which they will choose from given alternative.

- 7.Onsite Installation
- Our duty isn’t till delivery we also support on site if client facing any problem during installations. We troubleshoot and commissioning the same as it was. We never charged for this service it’s always included in estimation of repairing.
